Spacious, temperature controlled Reception Hall for up to 300. Our Reception Hall features: 4 sets of French doors, one of a kind chandelier lighting, indoor stone fireplace, catering kitchen, restrooms, and an uncovered patio with heated fireplace. Included in the Hall are 30 - 60” round tables, 8 - 8ft. banquet tables, 2 - 6ft. banquet tables, 300 indoor white chiavari chairs, 2 indoor portable bars, and 8 cocktail tables that can be spread out through cocktail space and reception hall.
This Victorian house is your one of your fabulous suites for the day. Included are 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, restrooms, and parlor room, offering great natural lighting for hair and makeup.

Amazing on-site staff and event supervisor are present to ensure everything about your special day flows flawlessly. We require the client to hire a qualified and experienced Event Coordinator or Event Planner.
Cleaning services are included with all packages, we ask that you maintain our property’s level of grandeur and we will help clean up the rest!
Free on-site parking is available. If larger party size, we recommend getting a shuttle to avoid any parking issue. Our staff will help direct traffic for large parties too!
Payment Terms & Booking
A payment deposit of $3,000 is due in order to reserve your date.
A tan love seat, paneled arbor drapes, and reception hall drapes are available to rent.
Security is included and is needed for events with 200 guests or more.
