Outdoor garden ceremony set on East Lawn, with a stone aisle, and elevated alter with white arbor. Included are up to 300 outdoor resin garden chairs. Indoor ceremonies can be set up in the Reception Hall using white chiavari chairs.

Temperature controlled cocktail barn & patio with full bar capabilities and restrooms.

Reception
Spacious, temperature controlled Reception Hall for up to 300. Our Reception Hall features: 4 sets of French doors, one of a kind chandelier lighting, indoor stone fireplace, catering kitchen, restrooms, and an uncovered patio with heated fireplace. Included in the Hall is 30 - 60” round tables, 8 - 8ft. banquet tables, 2 - 6ft. banquet tables, 300 indoor white chiavari chairs, 2 indoor portable bars 8 cocktail tables that can be spread out through cocktail space and reception hall.
1890 House
This Victorian house is your fabulous Bridal Suite for the day. Included are 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, restrooms, and parlor room, offering great natural lighting for hair and makeup.
Grooms Quarters
Spacious Grooms Quarters with dressing room, smart tv, pool table, full bathroom, and kitchen.

Free on-Site parking is available. If larger party size, we recommend getting a shuttle to avoid any parking issue. Our staff will help direct traffic for large parties too!
Payment Terms & Booking
A payment deposit of $2,000 is due in order to reserve your date.
Rental Package
A tan love seat, panelled arbor drapes, and reception hall drapes are available to rent.
Security
Security is included and is needed for events with 200 guests or more.
Rehearsal
One hour Ceremony Rehearsal at a mutually agreed upon time.
